Please complete the form below for the art you would like to bring.

  • - 2D Wall art cannot exceed 11”x14”. Limit of 3 wall pieces.
    - 3D art (including jewelry) limited to (1) 14 x 24 shelf or ( 2) 12x12 shelves
    - Holiday ornaments limited to 8 - 10 pcs. that can hang on trees we provide.

All media is acceptable. Everything must be for sale. There are spaces below for THREE items. If you have multiple items that are similar like ornaments, list only one entry below with quantity.

Payment: No Commission is kept from any sales, we simply ask for a $25 donation after you Submit.
