Artful Journey - A Trip of Inspiration I have experienced snapshots of the Artful Journey opening from shortly after its inception to just after Christmas when it was in full swing, and have seen it flourish from a “diamond in the rough” into a beautiful gem. Wonderfully-executed artworks of nearly every medium adorn its walls and free-standing displays: oils, acrylics, watercolors, pottery, photography, pysanky eggs, greeting cards and more, all nicely displayed. Artists run the gamut from new-comers to the Peoria art scene to well-established names in the community. The gallery has many different and creative items to look at and even purchase. All of the artists are very kind and helpful and each have their own unique style. I would definitely recommend going to the gallery! -Avery
